• Approval of 10/17/24 notes
• Finalize Team Roles and select a Co-Chair
• Finalize the Site Council’s focus, and begin planning 
  • Ideas for this year from our first meeting: 
    • Reduction in Vaping in School 
    • Increasing Family/ Community/ School Engagement
    • Building community within the student body (ideally allowing students to bond with each other and build school spirit)
    • Revisit bullying reporting work (in addition, to other ways to share concerns)
