Policy CC: Administrative Structure

  The School Committees believe that skillful, effective and efficientadministration of the schools and school system is essential to helpprovide excellent educational opportunities for all the students of ourschools and to help insure close adherence to the philosophy and goalsof the schools as determined by the Committees. It is the intention,therefore, of the School Committees to provide staffing for a reasonableadministrative structure for the schools. The Superintendent ofSchools will be expected to design an organizational structure that willmost clearly describe the relationships and responsibility areas ofadministrators and staff that the Superintendent believes willeffectively accomplish the goals of the schools. An annual report onthe administrative structure will be made by the Superintendent to theSchool Committees for their review and approval.
