  Education is a continuous process. Each child is unique and has anindividual capacity for continuous growth and development. The schoolshave the responsibility to have high expectations for individual studentachievement at all levels and to help each student achieve theeducational goals that have been established, to his or her fullestpotential, within the resources available.
